Erica the Glad Lady in an Apron

Here's more proof from the L.A. Scene that his apron fetish has more than meets the eye.

Erica is a woman in a commercial for Glad Food Bags. Here we see Erica preparing to go to "battle" in her kitchen in her apron. Her most recent commercial has her donning an apron.

I think this is just another sign that the apron's comeback has come full circle. I think fifteen years ago, if Erica was doing this commercial, the apron would not have been a part of this commercial. However, I think the fact that Erica is donning an apron here shows that an apron in the kitchen is no longer an uncommon occurrence or something reserved for June Cleaver.

Today's Song: Dead on Time by Queen

This is a forgotten song by the band Queen. This song is featured on the "Jazz" album. "Jazz" followed "News of the World" and while "News of the World" was one of the more commercially successful Queen albums, I think Jazz is a much better album. "Dead on Time" is one of the best songs done by Queen. It has a similar tempo to "Keep Yourself Alive" (another forgotten song from Queen's debut album, but with a more modern twist) This song is simply Hall of Fame quality. It's a complete effort by the band by ultimately its Brian May who generates some powerful guitar riffs that shines.
