A Winner

Just a late breaking bulletin. At about 12:03am on November 30th, slighly less than 24 hours prior to the deadline, I completed my novel "Best Friends". The novel would clock in at 63,429 words. I did not submit my novel for victory until I had finished the draft.

This was an enormous challenge. As mentioned, NaNoEdMo comes up in March and this is where I will edit the novel. It needs editing, but I still think it's solid. The goal is to sell this on CafePress.

NaNoWriMo was a mixed bag. I still content too many people focused on the 50k instead of going for the complete novel. However I commend everyone who gave it a go...win or lose.

I'll continue posting exerpts from Chapters 7 to 12 over the next few weeks.
